Italian sweet & sour dressing

| 1/2 cup | vegetable oil |
| 1/3 c | red wine vinegar |
| 2 T | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | celery salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
| 1/2 tsp | dry mustard |
| 1 clove | garlic, (minced) |
| 1/2 tsp | Worchestershire sauce |
| 1/8 - 1/4 tsp | hot pepper sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a jar with screw top lid. Shake well, refrigerate.
Pour over mixed genes & toss
