Salads Chinese-Chicken -Cabbage Salad with Peanut Sauce

Whisk together 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tsp sesame oil |
And 1/4 cup bottled Thai peanut sauce in bowl and set aside.
Toss together 1/2 head napa cabbage, thinly sliced; 1 cup shredded carrot; 4 scallions, green and white parts thinly sliced; and whole rotisserie chicken, cooled completely and shredded(will be about 4 cups) in large bowl
Pour peanut sauce dressing over cabbage salad, and toss together until all ingredients are coated. Season salad with 1/2 tsp ground pepper, and evenly sprinkle with 2tsp black sesame seeds and thinly slice scallions. (I don't use scallions). Serves 6
