Crusty Beef, Cheese, and Noodle
Nb persons: 4
1 1/2 lbs. | lean ground beef |
1 - 8 oz. pkg. | noodles, fine |
12 slices | American cheese singles, shredded |
1/2 tsp. | salt, to taste |
1 - 30 oz. jar | spaghetti sauce w/ mushrooms |
1 tsp. | garlic powder, to taste |
1 tsp. | dried oregano, to taste |
1 tsp. | dried basil, to taste |
1 tsp. | sugar, to taste |
*Brown chop meat; drain.
*Add spaghetti sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, oregano, and basil; cook for 30 minutes.
*Boil noodles for 3 minutes; drain.
*Layer on bottom of casserole dish; sauce, noodles, sauce.
*Repeat layering twice ending with cheese.
*Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes.
