Quick Meatloaf

| 1 cup | bread crumbs |
| 1 pkg. | onion soup mix |
| 3/4 cup | ketchup |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 tsp. | salt |
| 1/2 tsp. | pepper |
| 2 lbs. | ground beef |
| 1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese, (optional) |
Put first 7 ingredients into bowl. It well. Add beef and combine well. Pack into 2 quart(2.5l) casserole. Bake uncovered in 350' oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven to melt. Serves 6-8.
