Mini Bacon Spinach Bites

125 g. | Brick cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup | finely chopped red onion |
1 pkg. | frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze dried |
1/3 cup | real bacon bits |
3 tbsp. | flour |
1 cup | Kraft tex mex shredded cheese |
4 | eggs, lightly beaten |
Mix cream cheese and onion in med. bowl until blended. Add spinach, bacon bots, flour and shredded cheese. Mix well. Stir in eggs until well blended. Spoon evenly into 24 greased mini muffin pan cups. Bake at 350' for 14-16 minutes
