Spaghetti Sauce

3 cloves | crushed garlic |
2-3 | celery stalks |
1 | green pepper |
1 lg. | onion |
1/2 doz. mushrooms | |

Crushed chilies | |
Oregano | |
Garlic | |
Bay leave | |
1 small | chili sauce |
2 lg. cans | crushed tomatoes |
1 lg. can | tomato paste |
1 lg. can | tomato sauce |
1 can | stewed tomatos, (optional) |
Brown hamburger then strain. Heat oil in a large pot. Add diced vegetables and sauté. Add meat to pot, then add spices to taste. Add to meat mixture all tomato products. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 hours.
