2 cups | sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 | onion, sliced |
2 Tbsp. | Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing |
1-1/2 cups | instant white rice, uncooked |
1 can (10 fl oz/284mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth 1 broth can water | |
2 | red apples, sliced |
1 tsp. | dried thyme leaves |
make it
COOK chops in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
ADD mushrooms, onions and dressing; cook 3 min.
STIR in remaining ingredients; simmer on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through.
