    600gr  Water
    450gr  Butter
      Salt
    450gr  Bread Flour
    10 gr  baking powder
    17 Each  Eggs

Boil water and butter. Add salt, flour and b.p. Cook until dried out and dough leaves the sides of
the pot. Put in mixer and add eggs one at a time. Pipe out on parchment and bake at 350 f until
golden and dry.
