| 1/4 cup | melted butter |
| 1/3 cup | sour cream |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/2 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup | mashed bananas |
| topping | |
| 1/3 cup | sugar, (equal brown and white) 1/4 tsp cinnamon |
melt butter and add sugar and sour cream mix flour
baking soda and salt add alternately with bananas
top with sugar and cinnamon mixture bake 1 hour at 325 degrees
maybe doubled freezes well, grease pan
