| 100 gr | caprino |
| 50 gr | parmigiano |

Tritare i pomodorini secchi e mescolarli con ricotta e caprino.
Unire anche parmigiano, albume, erba cipollina e timo tritati e aggiustare di pepe e sale.
Riempire i pirottini con il composto e cuocere in forno 25 minuti a 180 gradi
Sformarli e servirli con pomodorini secchi tritati e qualche goccia di miele
