Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies This recipe is prepared in a Slice Solutions Nonstick 8-inch x 8-inch Brownie Pan (K33980). Go to David's Recipe Item Page for the full list of items that David has used in his recipes. Ingredients: | |
1/2 cup | butter, melted |
1 cup | packed dark brown sugar |
1 | egg, lightly beaten |
1 Tbsp. | vanilla extract |
1/2 tsp. | baking powder |
1/8 tsp. | baking soda |
Pinch | salt,, (optional) |
1-1/4 cup | all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup | creamy peanut butter |
3/4 cup | chocolate chips |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream the melted butter, peanut butter, and sugar in a bowl, then whisk in the egg and vanilla extract, followed by the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt (if using). Mix well, then add the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into greased Slice Solutions pan (or another greased 8-inch x 8-inch pan). Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and serve.
