| 1 cup | shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 cup | shredded parm.cheese |
| 3/4 teaspoon | chipotle chili powder |
| 1 sheet | frozen puff pastry |
-1 egg lightly beaten with 1 tablespoon water
~heat oven t0 400,coat large baking sheet with nonstick spray
~mix cheeses and chili powder, set aside
~place pastry on floured surface,roll into 12x10 rectangle,brush egg wash,3/4 cup cheese mix on one side,fold other half over,refridge for 15mins
~place on cutting board, trim sides even into squares, brush egg wash,sprinkle renaining cheese and bake
