1# | Italian Sausage |
2 Cans | White Kidney Beans, drained |
1 Large | Onion, chopped |
1 Clove | Garlic, minced |
2 Cups | Canned Plum Tomatoes |
1 Cup | Marcaroni, cooked |
Fresh Basil to taste | |
1/4 Tsp. | Dry Basil |
1/2 Tsp. | Salt |
Black Pepper to taste |
Garnish with grated Parmesean Cheese
Brown Italian Sausage in a 2 quart saucepan. Add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Combine beans, cooked macaroni, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Serve hot. Garnish with Parmesean Cheese.
Yields 4 servings.
