Orange Glaze

| 2 cps | fresh orange juice,, (~3 oranges/cup) |
| 2 tbs | cold unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces |
1/4 tps soy sauce
Directions:
1) Place the orange juice in a small sauce pan and reduce over
medium heat to a thick glaze(about 1/3 cp)
To complete-
2) Heat the orange glaze to a simmer and whisk in the butter
piece by piece.
3) Add the soy sauce and keep the glaze warm.
