| 1/4 | yellow onion, chopped |
| 3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 3 1/2 cups | Canned diced tomatoes |

Saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes
Add tomoatoes and herbs
Bring to a biol and lower to a simmer
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add salt and pepper
