Lemon-Pepper Pasta & Asparagus

4 oz | farfalle pasta |
1/4 c | olive oil |
1 | red bell pepper, chopped |
1 pound | asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces |
1 tsp | grated lemon peel |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 can | navy beans, drained and rinsed |
Cook & drain pasta as directed on package
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 12-in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper, lemon peel, asparagus, salt & pepper in oil, stirring occasionally until crisp-tender.
Stir in lemon juice & beans. Cook until beans are hot. Add pasta; toss with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with pepper
