"A banana is blended with strawberries, milk and yogurt. A delicious way to start the day!" INGREDIENTS:
    1  banana
    1/4 cup  strawberries
    1/3 cup  nonfat milk
    1 (8 ounce) container  nonfat plain yogurt

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
