    4 bunches  parsley
    4 bunches  cilantro
    4 bunches  scallions
    1  yellow onion
    1 can  kidney beans, rinsed
    2   dried lemon, with holes poked in them
    2 tbsp  olive oil
    1/2 tsp  turmeric
    1 cup  water
    1/4 tsp  saffron
      Salt
      Pepper
    1 tbsp  Shambalileh

Saute all the veggies in olive oil and add shambalileh and saute another minute
Add the dried lemons
In a separate pan saute the onions and add turmeric when golden
Combine onions and veggies and add water
Cook for 1 hour
15 min before serving add saffron and beans
Add salt and pepper to taste
