Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

2 cups | sugar |
2 cups | canned pumpkin |
1/2 cup | vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | vanilla pudding |
4 | eggs, white only |
3 cups | flour |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
1 1/4 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix sugar, pumpkin, oil, pudding, and egg whites in large bowl with a wisk
add flour to the mix
Stir in chocolate chips
Spoon into 2 8x4 loaf pans coated with non-stick spray
Bake for 1 hour and 15 min
Cool for 10 min and remove from pan
