Buttermilk Cornbread Muffins

1 cup | cornmeal |
1 cup | flour |
2 tsp. | baking powder |
1 tsp. | baking soda |
2 | eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup | buttermilk |
1/4 cup | honey |
2 tbsp. | vegetable oil |
Combine dry ingrediants in large bowl and wet ingrediants in seperate bowl
Add wet slowly to dry ingrediants and gently mix until blended
Pour into non-stick muffin cups until 2/3 full
Bake at 375 for 20-25 min
Let cool on rack
