Best of Summer Fruit Salad

1/4 c | fresh mint leaves |
1/4 c | agave nectar |
2 Tbsp | lime juice |
2 c | seedless grapes, halved |
2 | nectarines, cut into 1 1/2 in pieces |
1 c | strawberries or whole raspberries |
1 c | blueberries |
Bring sugar and 1/2c water to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mint and lemon juice. Steep 15 minutes. Strain out mint.
Combine grapes, nectarines, strawberries, and blueberries in a large bowl. Stir in sugar syrup. Cover and chill 2 hours, or overnight.
