Fruity Chicken Salad

3/4 cup | finely minced celery |
1 cup | pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve juice |
1 each | red delicious and granny smith apple, peeled and diced |
2 cups | grapes, halved |
1/2 cup | golden raisins |
1/2 cup | raisins |
1/2 cup | craisins |

Really good on a Thomas' Bagel Thin (1/2 c. + bagel thin = 245 calories!)
