    4 cups  shredded chicken
    3/4 cup  finely minced celery
    1 cup  pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve juice
    1 each  red delicious and granny smith apple, peeled and diced
    2 cups  grapes, halved
    1/2 cup  golden raisins
    1/2 cup  raisins
    1/2 cup  craisins
    7 Tbsp.  light mayo

mix everything up together. That's it. Eat!

Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings (makes a LOT! I eat it for a WEEK!)

Per 1/2 cup: 135 calories, 3 g. fat, 16g. carbs, 1g. protein, 1.2g. fiber, 11g. sugar

Really good on a Thomas' Bagel Thin (1/2 c. + bagel thin = 245 calories!)
