Chicken & Mushroom Foil Packs
Nb persons: 6
1 pkg. | stuffing mix, 6 oz. |
1.75 cups | water |
6 | chicken breast, boneless, skinless |
4 | ham sliced, smoked ham slices, chopped |
1 cup | mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup | peas, frozen |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup canned, 10.75 oz. |
6 pieces | aluminum foil |
-preheat oven to 400'
-mix stuffing mix with 1 1/2 cups of water; divide evenly, place stuffing in center of 6 seperate sheets of
heavy duty aluminum foil
-layer chicken, ham, mushrooms, and peas on top of stuffing, divide evenly between each foil pack
-mix soup with remaining 1/4 cups of water; pour equal amounts over each pack
-bring up foil sides; double fold ends and top leaving room for heat circulation inside
-place all 6 packs on 15 x 10 baking pan
-bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through; let sit for 5 min.
