CHICKEN - CASSEROLE - Chicken Broccoli Casserole :]

| 3 | chicken breasts |
| 2 packages | frozen broccoli |
| 1 cup | mayonnaise |
| 2 12 oz_ cans cream of chicken soup | |
| 1 teaspoon | curry powder |
| 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
| 1 cup | cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 cups | bread crumbs |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
Cook chicken till tender, debone and cut in bite-size pieces
Cook broccoli per package directions Cut in pieces and
place on bottom of a 3 quart buttered casserole dish
Add chicken and remaining ingredients, topping with cheese and
crumbs
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
This recipe freezes well (thaw before baking). Turkey may also be substituted for chicken
