4 cans. Regular buttermilk biscuits | |
3 tsp. | Cinnamon |
1 cup. Sugar In large bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together. Cut or rip pieces of the biscuits to small to medium bite sizes. Dip and coat the biscuit pieces in the mixed cinnamon and sugar, then place them in a bunt cake pan. The un-cooked biscuits should only reach half way up the pan. Set aside and start the sauce. --Sauce--stove top | |
2 tsp. | Cinnamon |
3/4 cup. Butter
3/4 cup. Brown sugar
Heat all ingredients on stove top on low to medium heat until all is melted. **** do not let it come to a boil*****
Pour melted sauce over the biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool for 5 min then turn over on serving plate.
While sauce is still wet, place chopped or whole pecans all over cake.
