Cheesy chicken rice bake

1-can cream of chicken soup | |
1 1/3-cup | water |
3/4-cup | uncooked rice |
1/4-tsp | pepper |
4-skinless boneless chicken breast halves | |
1-cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
Mix soup, water, rice and pepper in 2 quart shallow baking dish top with chicken.
Cover and bake 375* for 45-50 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. Top with cheese and put back in oven till cheese is melted.
