| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 2 2/3 cups | milk |

Heat oven to 450*. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350*. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
