Chili con queso dip

16 oz can of stewed tomatoes, large onion, 4 oz can chopped green chilies, 8 oz Monterey jack cheese cubed, 1/2 cup whipping cream |
Combine chopped onion and tomatoes in microwave dish and cook on high for 25 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Remove and add green chilies. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add cheese and whipping cream. Cook on medium for 8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
