| 4 cups | cubed potatoes |
| 3 cans | tomato sauce, (8oz cans) |
| 4 cups | water |
| 2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1-1.5 teaspoon | pepper |
| .5-1 teaspoon | hot sauce |
Brown beef, drain. Add all ingredient Simmer for 1hr or until potatoes are tinder.
