Tomato Soup

    1 small  onion, diced
    1 tablespoon  olive oil
    14 ounce can  tomato sauce
    14 ounce can  chicken broth
    pinch  crushed red pepper flake
    1 tablespoon  dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon  paprika
    2-3 tablespoons  flour
    1-2 tablespoon  sugar
    1/2-1 cup  milk

Saute onion and parsley in oil. When onion is tender stir in the flour untilslightly browned. Add red pepper and paprika. Add tomato sauce then add the broth. Add sugar after bringing to a simmer. Add milk prior to serving
