Tomato Soup

1 small | onion, diced |
1 tablespoon | olive oil |
14 ounce can | tomato sauce |
14 ounce can | chicken broth |
pinch | crushed red pepper flake |
1 tablespoon | dried parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | paprika |
2-3 tablespoons | flour |
1-2 tablespoon | sugar |
1/2-1 cup | milk |
Saute onion and parsley in oil. When onion is tender stir in the flour untilslightly browned. Add red pepper and paprika. Add tomato sauce then add the broth. Add sugar after bringing to a simmer. Add milk prior to serving
