Beef Penne with Blue Cheese
Nb persons: 2
| 1/4 cup | broccoli, chopped |
| 4 | plum tomato |
| 4 pieces | scallions |
| 1/4 lb. | beef sirloin steak |
| 1/3 cup | red. fat blue cheese dressing |
| 2 cup | penne |
*Broil steak; slice thinly.
*In bowl mix tomato, dressing, onion, steak and cooked broccoli.
*Combine all together and serve.
*2 cups = 6 points
