Ingredients: 48 Hershey kisses
    3/4 c  peanut butter
    1/3 c  light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp  milk
    1 1/2 c  flour
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1/2 c  shortening
    1/3 c  granulated sugar
    1  egg
    1 tsp  vanilla
    1 tsp  baking soda

Extra sugar for rolling

Directions:
1). Heat oven to 375 and unwrap the kisses.
2). Beat shortening and peanut butter in a large bowl til fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and milk beat well. In a separate bowl stir flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually introduce the dry ingredients into the PB mix til blended.
3). Shape dough into 1 inch balls (rounded teaspoons). Roll in sugar, place in baking sheets (use parchment paper).
4). Bake 4 minutes, switch and rotate trays, bake 4 more minutes, until light brown. Immediately press a Hershey kiss into each cookie (cookie will crack) remove to wire rack to cool.
