BRUSSELS SPROUTS - Brussels Sprouts :]>

| 2 containers | Brussels sprouts, fresh |
| 1 medium | red onion, diced |
| 6 slices | cooked, peppered bacon |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | McCormick grill seasoning |
Remove the core and quarter the sprouts, mix with everything but the bacon and Roast at 400 degrees for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven...toss the sprouts with a pair on tongs once or twice dunng
the cooking time and this will make them fall apart. Garnish with cooked bacon
