Asian Chicken with Peanut Butter Sauce

1 tsp | Cayenne |
1 tsp | Sesame Oil |
1.5 Cups | Peanut Butter Crunchy |
3 Fl Oz | Rice Vinegar |
1.25 lbs | Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless |
65 Fl Oz | Water |
1 cup | Broccoli florets |
7 0z | Frozen Peas or Vegetables |
3 pkgs | Ramen Chicken Flavor |
1.5 | Bell Peppers Red |
1/2 | Green onions Bunch |
How to Prepare:
1. Mince garlic.
2. Whisk peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, cayenne, ramen seasoning packets and sesame oil together in bowl. NOT the water!
3. Cube chicken.
4. Bring water to boil add chicken and cook until done.
5. Add broccoli and peas cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add noodles and peanut mixture cook 2 more minutes.
7. Cut bell pepper into thin strips add to mixture and cook 1.5 minutes.
8. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
