3 pounds | cooked chicken, cut into cubes |
6 ounces | long grain wild rice, (uncle Ben's wild rice mix) |
1 tablespoon | butter |
1/2 | onion, minced |
2 1/3 cup | chicken broth |
4 | bacon slices, fried and crumbled |
1 16 ounce canned green beans | |
1 10 3/4 oz. can | cream of chicken soup |
4 oz | pimiento, diced |
3/4 cup | almonds, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon | garlic salt |
Dash | pepper |
Cook rice with butter onions and chicken broth. Combined beans, soup, pimiento, half cup almonds, pepper, garlic salt and chicken. Mix in hot rice, sprinkle almonds and bacon on top. Bake in 9 x 13 pan 30 min. 350 degrees
