Beef & Feta Skillet
Nb persons: 4
1 lb. boneless | beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips |
1 1/2 cups | water |
2 tsp. | dried rosemary |
1/2 | lemon, grated peel and juice from 1/2 |
2 | carrot, shredded |
2 cups chopped | tomato |
1/2 cup | crumbled feta cheese |
1 tbsp. | sunflower seed oil |
1 1/2 cups | long-grain rice |
*Cook and stir meat in oil in large skillet on high heat 2 min. or until browned.
*Add water, reosemary, lemon peel, and juice. Bring to a boil.
*Stir in rice and carrots; bring to a boil and cover.
*Reduce heat and simmer for 2 min .
*Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Top with tomato and cheese.
