Tony's Lemon Butter Fish

1 lb | fish |
1/4 cup | butter |
1 lemon cut in slices | |
1 T | minced garlic |
Tony Chachere's original creole seasoning lightly sprinkled on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an oven pan put butter, lemon and garlic on top of the fish. Sprinkle the seasoning lightly on fish.
Bake until nearly done and set to broil for the last 4 minutes to brown.
