| 2 lbs. | Italian sausage |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 1 tsp. | parsley |
| 1 tsp. | basil |
| 1 10 1/2 oz can | tomato purée |
| 2 - 6 oz cans | tomato paste |
| 1 package | lasagna noodles |
| 24 oz | ricotta cheese |
| 1/2 tsp. | pepper |
| 2 tsp. | parsley |
| 1/2 cups | Parmesan cheese |
| 2 - 8 oz | mozzarella cheese |
Brown meat in skillet and drain. Add next five ingredients from above and simmer for twenty minutes. Cook noodles per package instructions. Mix next 5 ingredients from above. Layer noodles, cheese and meat. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
