Adult Basil Lemonade

| 1/2 cup | basil, (Genovesa, mixed, lemon basil, globe basil) |
| 3 TBL | sugar |
| 4 cups | water |
| 1/2 cup | lemon juice |
| 2 cups | vodka |
1 splash sparkling wine
Muddle basil and sugar together for 2 - 3 minutes
Add all ingredients, stir let sit 10 min or more
Strain out basil
Add 2 cups vodka
Add splash of sparkling wine
Pour over ice and garnish with basil
