Sweet Potato Casserole

| Casserole | |
| 7-8 medium | to large sweet potatoes, (or yams) |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| ½ cup | milk |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 stick | butter, melted |
| ¾ teaspoon | cinnamon |
| Topping | |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| ½ cup | pecans, chopped |
| ½ stick | butter |
Cook sweet potatoes (yams), peel, and put through ricer. Blend sugar, milk, eggs, butter, and cinnamon together, mix well and pour into greased 11x14-inch cake pan. Sprinkle on top brown sugar and pecans. Spread with fork. Place pieces of butter on top.
Bake at 350?F for 30-45 minutes.
Serves 12-16.
