3 tuorli d'uovo 4 cucchiai di zucchero e tre di Farina 1/2 litro fi larre scorza di limone. Mettere un una casseruola i tuorli e lo zucche ero mescolare la farina e unire pian piano il latte . Mettere sul fuoco e continuare a mescolare scorza di limone a meta cottura.
