| 4-6 | apples slices |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| 6 tbsp | unsalted butter |
| Pinch | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/4 | water |
( 1 ) pie crust
In a sauce pot mix glaze
Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter,salt,cinnamon,water.
Cook bring to a broil then turn stove off.
In a pie crust put apples , criss cross dough on top of pie , then spoon over the criss cross dough with the glaze
Cook @425 degrees for 15minutes
Cook @350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
