Strawberry Cream Squares

2 3-ounce packages | strawberry jello |
2 cups | water, boiling |
2 10-ounce packages | frozen strawberries. |
1 13½-ounce can | crushed pineapple, drained |
2 large | bananas, finely diced |
1 cup | sour cream |
whipped cream, (optional) |
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, stir until thawed. Add pineapple and bananas. Pour half of mixture in 9x13-inch glass pan. Chill until firm. Spread evenly sour cream. Pour remaining jello mixture on top. Cut into squares. You can top with whip cream if desired.
