Spinach Salad

Salad
    1 pound  fresh spinach
    ¼ cup  strawberries, quartered or halved
    ¼ pound  bean sprouts
    ½ pound or 1 cup  green grapes
    ¼ cup  bacon, crisped and crumbled
Dressing
    ¼ cup  vegetable oil
    1/3 cup  white wine vinegar
    ¾ cup  sugar
    1 teaspoon  salt
    1 teaspoon  Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium  onion, grated, (mostly juice)

Salad: Clean spinach and remove stems. Add strawberries, bean sprouts, grapes, and bacon. Toss.

Dressing: Mix together well oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and onion. Pour over spinach salad and toss.

A delicious salad for a light lunch or dinner. Makes a nice luncheon salad. From Judy Viviano.
