Ingredients -Kali Daal / lentils
    1tbsp  garlic, ginger paste
    1/2 tbsp  cayenne pepper
      salt to taste
    1 tsp  haldi

- zeera / cumin seed
- lasan / garlic cloves
- whole red mirch
- imlee ( trimarans)

Directions
1. Boil lentils with garlic/ ginger paste , cayenne pepper, salt, and haldi in cooker for 15-20 min
2. Soak 1tbsp seedless imlee in 1/2 cup water and pour into cooker
3. When lentils soft and cooked do Baghaar ( pour over the fried lasan , zeera, whole mirch )

Eat with white rice and salad or naan/ roti
