King Ranch Chicken

| 6 | boneless chicken breasts |
| 2 cans | cream of chicken soup |
| 1 can | Rotel tomatoes |
| 2 cups | grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 package | corn tortillas |
1) boil chicken until done and cut into 1 inch cubes
2) mix soups and Rotel and bring to a boil
3) add chicken
4) layer 9x13 baking dish with tortillas
5) add 1/2 of soup and chicken mix
6) repeat a tortilla layer and soup/chicken mix layer
7) bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bubbly
8) top with grated cheese
