Can(15 oz) black beans drained and rinsed. | |
1 cup | low fat ricotta |
4 oz | prosciutto chopped |
1 tbsp | minced chipotle in adobo sauce |
1 | carrot peeled and shredded |
1 | shallot chopped |
1 tsp | ground cumin |
Juice of half | lime |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Pulse beans in food processor several times to break up
Add the rest blend till smooth
