Sour Cream Dressing

| ½ cup | sour cream |
| ½ cup | plain yogurt |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | tabasco sauce |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| ½ small | cucumber, peeled |
| 1 tablespoon | wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in blender, refrigerate.
