Chicken & Mushroom Fettucini

| 1tbsp | oil |
| 750g | chicken |
| 250g | bacon |
| 1 | onion |
| 300g | mushrooms |
| 420g | cream of chicken soup |
| 600ml | cream |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 2 | chicken stock cubes |
| Pepper |
*cook fettucini in salted water. Drain
*heat oil & cook chicken for 3-4 min & add garlic. Remove
*add onion cook for 2 mins
*add bacon mushroom stockcubes & pepper cook for another 4 mins
*add soup & cream. Stir well
*return chicken to mixture & cook on low for 10 mins
*stir in fettucini
