Garlic Prawns

| 500g | prawn meat |
| 2-3rbs crushed garlic | |
| 2tbs | chopped parsley |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| 300ml | thickend cream |
Mix prawns in bag with garlic parsley. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 1hr. Cook over medium heat for 3 mins add cream and stir until cream thickens
